ONE CITY, ONE CLUB.
Season Four Coming Soon!
The National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) is the successor to the Men’s Premier Soccer League (MPSL), which was formed in 2002.
The NPSL is sanctioned by the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), the governing body of soccer in the United States. The NPSL operates and is managed as a team-run league. The structure of the league allows each team to have one vote. Each team is individually owned and operated, and is responsible for maintaining league minimum standards. New teams seeking membership into the NPSL are subject to approval by existing team owners.
United Women’s Soccer (UWS) was formed late in 2015 under the belief that there was a gap in the development of the female soccer player between the collegiate game and the professional & international game.
A dedicated Tier 2 league was needed. UWS fills that gap with a summer competitive season that will help the collegiate player evolve & enhance their game for fall competition while giving the post-collegiate player a chance to further develop for the professional & international ranks.
