Grand Rapids FC adds Assistant Coach Dan Lipon for 2016 season

Grand Rapids Football Club is proud to announce that Dan Lipon will be back as an assistant coach for the 2016 season.

Lipon, who is entering his 5th year as the Varsity Girls coach at Lowell High School, also led the Boys Varsity Soccer team at Forest Hills Northern from 2009-2014, and was the MHSAA Division II- Boy’s Soccer Chair from 2010-2013. He is currently the Technical Director for LASSO.

“It’s an honor to continue supporting the club as we move to the NPSL” commented Lipon. “To have the opportunity to work with some of the best coaches and players in West Michigan is truly a privilege. The club offers an exciting environment for players and spectators alike, and will certainly have a positive impact on the game in West Michigan for years to come.”
