Trio of Spartans Sign For GRFC Women

Grand Rapids, MI – Three current Michigan State Spartans have been added to the GRFC Women’s team for the United Women’s Soccer League 2017 campaign. Help us welcome Brittany Tanner, Reilley Ott, and Sadie Misiewicz!

GRFC Women’s Coach Lewis Robinson on the additions: “We are thrilled to be able to add these three fantastic MSU players to our first year roster. They bring a lot of talent to our squad and are very motivated to be successful on and off the field. We look forward to working with them this summer”.

Tanner, a red-shirt Freshman from East Kentwood, is a Forward and will wear number 11.”I’m very excited for the opportunity to play for GRFC along with some very talented players who will better my game” said Tanner. “This is a great opportunity to build the women’s game in West Michigan”.


Ott, a Goalkeeper from Texas, is also a red-shirt Freshman and will wear number 1.”I am very grateful that I have been given the chance to play for GRFC this summer” said Ott. “I am really looking forward to this opportunity to compete and connect with players and supporters that are just as passionate for the game as I am”.


Misiewicz, a true Freshman from Holland, is a Midfielder who will wear number 24.”I’m extremely excited to play for Grand Rapid FC this summer along with some amazing players” said Misiewicz. “It will be a very competitive season and knowing West Michigan is creating such a strong program will be great for this team and the success we can have.”
