Trio of Broncos Join Women’s Squad
Grand Rapids, MI – Grand Rapids Football Club is proud to announce the signing of three Western Michigan University Women’s Soccer players to the 2017 United Women’s Soccer roster. Help us welcome Kylie Nylen, Alex Ruffer, and Savanna Bosworth!
Nylen, a Midfielder who will wear number 2, is originally from Rochester and helped the 2015 squad to an NCAA National Tournament Appearance.
Ruffer, a Midfielder that will wear number 16, is currently a Junior and originally from Lombard, IL.
Bosworth, a Freshman Defender who will wear number 15, is originally from Grandville.
GRFC Women’s Head Coach Lewis Robinson on the signings: “We are very happy to add Kylie, Alex, and Savanna to our first year roster. They are high quality players that bring more excitement to our first year roster. All three girls bring great strengths to our team and have experience and success at the highest levels”.
