Grand Rapids, MI – Grand Rapids Football Club announced this morning the signing of midfielder Dan Bulley for the 2019 National Premier Soccer League season.
Bulley, originally from Exeter England, has extensive experience playing and coaching the game. He played as a youth at Yeovil Town, Plymouth Argyle, and Kettering Town before coming over to the States to play at the University of Buffalo. He also played for Great Britain at the 2007 and 2009 World University games. He has PDL experience with Kalamazoo as well.
“I am very excited to join GRFC this summer and look forward to playing in front of a great fan base” said Bulley.
GRFC Mens Head Coach Lewis Robinson commented “Dan is a very experienced player who will help us on and off the field. He will certainly add to the talent on the field, and help develop some of the young players we have coming in this summer.”
GRFC will return to Houseman Field on Saturday, May 4th as the Boys in Blue host Livonia City at 7:30pm. Additional home dates include May 11th, May 18th, May 31st, June 9th, June 16th, June 28th, June 30th, and July 13th. The club will also compete in the Michigan Milk Cup and the US Amateur Cup. Round one of the Amateur Cup will take place on Saturday, April 13th as GRFC takes on Ann Arbor FC at Grandville High School.
